Your order

We understand that you do not want to wait long for your order and therefore ship very quickly. Ordered before 12 noon is therefore shipped the same day! Customers outside the Benelux must take into account 2 to 5 working days shipping time.

Free shipping

All orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. For shipments to countries outside the Benelux, the cost of the shipment will be charged. You will see these costs automatically appear at the checkout in our webhop. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the track & trace code with which you can track the shipment.

Carrier

All orders are shipped by us with the reliable service of Postnl. Are you not at home? Then your package will be delivered to the neighbors, unless you indicate when placing your order that the package may only be delivered to the delivery address. Is something going wrong unexpectedly? Please contact our customer service and we will solve it for you as soon as possible.

Returns

All orders (with the exception of discount items) can be returned to De Parfumeur within 14 days of the order date. If you wish to return an order in whole or in part, we kindly request that you send an e-mail to info@deparfumeur.com stating: Send your order number and your items to the address below within 14 days of the order date:

After receiving your order, we will credit your purchase amount within 14 days.
