The stylistic inspiration for this creation comes from the deadly beauty of Arsenico and the magical ring in which Lucretia liked to keep it safe. Like a loyal friend who never leaves your side, or a terrible weapon always ready to be used in self-defense or in battle. Driven to conquer or seduce in the subtle silence of the ethereal world, without making a sound. When we think about it, the similarity to the scent and the effects it has on those around the wearer is truly astonishing... The creation opens with a light citrus bouquet heralded by the effervescent notes of Calabrian bergamot, then glides soothingly into the sweet softness of red fruits, such as red berries, apple and the lush pineapple. After this titillating, subtle overture, we are overwhelmed by an explosion of fine woody notes, including some from rare varieties such as Red Patchouly and Lebanese Cedarwood. All balanced by extremely delicate birch and the tonka bean, and combined in an embrace formed by jasmine and benzoin, contrasted with the sage brush. This fragrance, with its incredible, persistent trail, is long lasting, because it finds its true power in Gray Amber, mixed with old Musk and precious Musks. The deadly weapon of seduction, contained in a drop of scent.
